My Gold Bars Disappeared

Has anyone else’s gold bars just randomly disappear and not return. I have a ton of gold bars and now they are all gone.

    Hi, I had a few hundred bars and two days ago I logged in to find... zero. It happened before a few months ago but I thought it was a one off and ignored it. I'm afraid to buy more bars in case they disappear on me again now. Please help.

    , I'm sorry but from the community we have no control over purchases and gold bars. To solve it you must contact the technical support directly from your game, or by clicking here.

    Keep in mind that the technical support will send you a first automated message informing that they have received your request, shortly afterwards they will contact you directly. It is very likely that these messages will go to your junk mail, please be vigilant and check it.
