Why am I not receiving rewards at the end of a section.

I have reached the end of a section but the wheel just goes round and I do not receive my rewards.

    @Barbie1943 Hi and welcome. please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue. Also if playing via an internet browser also clear your browser cache

    For any missing rewards

    Please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

    or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

    Hello @Barbie1943 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful Candy Crush Saga community. You say when you 'reach the end of a section' - are you referring to finishing an episode? Or are you referring to one of the contests currently available thru the events area of the game? You say the wheel goes round - do you mean the device has paused you and you can't go further? What wheel are you talking about? The more information we (and the studio) have, the better chance to see what exactly the issue is and hopefully prevent it from happening again. Also has this happened just once, or has this happened several times?

    Thank you for your patience and understanding. Hopefully this can be resolved (by taking the recommended actions above) but if you still have problems, please provide the additional information and we will see what can be done to fix your problem.

    I suspect that you mean the device loading, with the turning. This actually means that your internet connection is not working properly or the King Server is not available at the moment,

    Please describe your mistake in more detail.

  • Hi and welcome to the community, if the posts above do not answer your question, are you saying that the wheel when you lose a level is stuck and does not let you stop it? This is probably caused by a bad internet connection. But please describe this in more detail.

    No, this occurred when I reached the end of an episode at level 8360. The message says 'End of the episode!' Thanks for playing CandyCrush' and at the bottom on a pink background; 'Collect it'

    @Barbie1943 Hi and welcome, Cannot think of any reward for reaching the end of the map, or a collect it at bottom of map unless it was for another feature you were doing.


    Can you not remember what feature you may have been doing or what the reward should have been.
