Merged profiles
Hello,
my wife’s and my profiles are merged. My wife is at 7558 level while my profile was 3500 something. I don’t remember.
I had my profile linked to my Facebook account on my iPad. I logged out to make her play and the moment she logged in the two account were merged. She used a king account while mine is Facebook.
Now when she passes a level I pass it too as if we were just one account. I have the account number and both emails but I would like to separate her account from mine and I don’t care if I need to restart my account. What I need is that she is disconnected from my Facebook account.

@mdelcorno Hi and welcome, Unfortunately if a king and a facebook account merge they cannot be separated as the facebook account overwrites the king account and all you can do is set up a new king account and get customer support to restore the levels on to the new king account

@mdelcorno Hi, yes that is correct only one king account can be linked to one facebook account, but when contacting support regarding getting your levels restored it may be worth mentioning this to see if they can help to get you facebook unlinked to the original account. I do not know if this is possible or not but if theres a chance only they could help with this

@mdelcorno Hi, when you contact support it will take a few days for them to respond to you. but this is the only way of contacting support. if you click on contact us at bottom of page on a PC i know you get a Bot support, but not used this so do not know how easy it works
