The current situation of adding friends through the email system is pretty bad. I, to be honest still haven't found a way to add friends on my candy crush if I am logged in through an email. Please just add an extra screen for adding friends on candy crush (the app itself) rather than having this meticulous and very bad way of adding friends. WHICH I STILL CAN'T FIGURE OUT.

Hello and welcome to this community. I took 2 pictures for you. It's easy. Groups of players come to you in your game and at the top is the symbol with the 2 people. The symbol for friends. You can let them inquire about and enter an email address of your friends yourself and then he will be with you in your group. So you can send your life back and forth. I hope this makes sense to you!
Facebook -> Create a Facebook account -> Search for "Candy Soda Group" where active players usually post comments -> Submit a request to join the group -> Post if you have been approved to join the group Leave a comment on "add yourself as a friend". You will receive a lot of friend requests, just accept them, and have friends who send you lives. This is only possible on the PC, not on a mobile device!

Thank you for you quick answer spinnifix! But my question why couldn't they just implement this feature into the game itself? My must I go to my computer to add friends through email? It's just plain ole' inconvenient.

In some games it already exists, only in all of them. I think it will be implemented gradually. Please have some patience!!

@Karachiidiot Hi and welcome, As explained by @Spinnifix the only way to add by email is through king.com on a P.C. may be worth you checking the ideas section to see if there is an idea for this you can vote on or if not put an idea for people to vote on

I also can’t access friends or add friends from my iPhone. It does work only on my PC. Doesn’t show up at all on my app on my phone.. Very frustrating!! I play mostly from my iPhone.
