stolen win streak

hi I was playing a game on a tablet and I was successfully passed level 4357 with 5 wininng streak. Then I entered level 4358 and had zero winning streak and of course failed a level. I put so much effort into getting that winning streak and now its stolen. What should I do?

@dusica30 Hi and welcome, Unfortunately this happens from time to time, i do not know the reason but this has also happened to me on a couple of occasions. I know its not want you want to here but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done regarding this, other than to start you win streak off again.

Do the standard troubleshooting to make sure your device is as up to date as possible

Check device and game are up to date, log out and restart your device and then log back in

But I was playing a game and everything was alright,my device automatically updates the game. When I entered the level my boosters from winning streak were not there. I'm crying rn 😂.

Hi @dusica30 . Its happen to me. i got 50 plus Win streak than when open game its start from zero. but after that its normal again 🤷‍♀️
