On level 1476, you need 100 wrapped candies to complete the level. Most of the time, I'm getting closer to 110, but the game is only counting 65 or so towards the challenge. I know you can't see the level on the second screen shot but the video was too big to attach. I've definitely lost a couple hundred wrapped candies because of this.

Hello and welcome to the community.
Did you use a color bomb + wrapped candy combination? If so, there is no glitch. Note that wraps made from these combinations are not counted.
Also, when you complete the level for the first time (whether you failed on it or not before this), 10 times the amount is counted.
The second time, if you collect just as much, it will not be changed.

Rather, I think the blue wrapped ones don't count. Only yellow / green and red are counted in the event

It's neither of those things. On level 5000 I had a bun ch of red wrapped, not made w a color bomb, and they didn't count. I probably had close to 50 on this level and only 9 were counted.

Try the normal troubleshooting process: Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. If you are using browser please clear the cache.

I tried that a couple times. The game is not counting all my wrapped candies and it's going to cost me the tournament. So sad. I was on a winning streak.

While playing the level, only the Wrapped candies you make, will count. Wrapped candies obtained from wrapped and color bomb combo are not counted.๐

Where does it say that? The rules for the contest should be more clearly stated. How about if the wrapped candy is already on the board when the level starts? Or what about the ones that come from the flying saucers? On some levels I've had as many as 76 wrapped candies counted, and I certainly didn't make them all. It's a poorly design competition, if you ask me, with almost no chance of winning if you have no more new levels to play.

And it wasn't the same comment. This is specific to one level. The other was in general to all previously passed levels.

Level 8328 ist good for wrapped candies ( 200 - 400)

Yes there's blue. That's not it. Blues are definitely being counted. I love how no one knows the rules.
