Winter Festival does not work.

. I've logged out and logged back into the app via the website and forced stopped the app and reopened it and nothing helps. I can't go anywhere , can't earn or buy anymore mugs and can't play any levels. How am I "over-filled" on a level and still stuck here. What's the point of the game?

The Winter Festival is a new feature that is being tested in the game at this moment. Since the feature is still being tested and developed, this means that it may have some issues. Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

I just paid 9.99 for 24 hours play on Winter Festival and it stopped working. Have rebooted, signed out, restarted. How do I get my money back? Won't work on any of my devices.

Cant continue play on the winter festive, I even wasted my 20golds to make bigger Mug!!! So unfair

Winter festival is an absolute joke and a con. I have passed 4 levels each with 3 mugs which did not register. I needed 12 mugs to upgrade which I didn’t get. On top of this I have also used some boosters which I have now lost for nothing nor will I get returned. I feel robbed by this company. STOP releasing stuff that doesn’t work and get your house in order.
