Level 958 had 45 moves now only 23 moves

Hi,
level 958 had 45 moves and since somewhere in december 2020 it was changed to only 23 moves. So the level is much more difficult now. It was nice to made 958 for relaxing after some difficult levels from time to time so I'm quite dissapointed the level 958 was changed.

@sandropiras Hi, here is screenshot from facebook 45 moves, so you will need to check your browser is up to date and clear your browser cache, log out and restart your device and then log back in as explained should resolve your issue.
Android iphone and facebook all 45 moves will check win 10 app now

Hi all
Its the level 958 of Candy Crush Saga.
I play it on the webbrowser and on the windows 10 app, on both it is only 23 moves instead of 45 moves. See the screenshots. So updating app or deleting cache etc. it's clearly not the solution because the leve was from my point of view clearly changed.

They didn’t have the version with 23 moves
I think it is a selective testing version for a few players. I don’t think it is a glitch.
by the way, the method for this game is the same.
However, it will not have mystery candy to spawn.
Clear icings and chocolate immediately and do not let chocolate spread around the board.
make more combinations to get all the jellies.
23-move is possible.

@Freddy_Falkner: the Firefox browser on my win 10 pc is already up to date. I deleted the cache of the firefox browser and then level 958 had 45 moves again. The app for windows 10 was still showing 23 moves, so I unistalled it and reinstalled it again and then level 958 had 45 moves too. I'm a software developer and still I think it was a quite strange behaviour and to me it doesn't make sense at all. Perhaps the developer built somethink like "if you play an easy level to much it will be more difficult after n times" ;-)
@Timhung, I know its possible with only 23 moves, solved it many times. But more relaxing with 45 moves ;-)

@sandropiras Hi ,I am not sure what causes this but it does happen, had it various times and clearing the cache normally sorts the issue, guessing it something to do with how the game connects to the level on the server and if its done once then cache needs clearing to prevent it happening again.
Always worth asking if you think may be an issue as a lot of people uninstall and lose there boosters when cache clearing is always needed. Lots of levels change but generally i always tend to check before doing anything drastic
Anyway glad you got your level back up and running correctly
