Glitching in game

Ive been playing candy crush for year ever since it came out in 2012 i stared playing candy crush in may 2013. But anyways i have been having so many issues with my game lately. 1 im not able to see all my friends in the game i can't see all my friends on the map. 2nd the glitches. So i was playing candy cruah saga yesterday and cleared 14 so far this week keep in mind im at level 6096. So all of a sudden its saying i cleared 5000 levels this week when i didn't this is the second time this have happened this is ridiculous when this firist happen it was on jauuray 7. Before thta happened i was on level 5,758. It was shown the same thing 5000 levels. Clear this is getting so aggravating. Its to the point i don't want to play anymore. Before my highscore level got all messed up my highscore was 425 now its 5024, is there any way i can get my progress back then when that glitch happen my friends see that. Pretty embarrassing if you as me im not that good to 5000 plus levels. I've contacted king for this matter that wasn't NO help at all. Hey there, welcome.

It might not be the most fluent English there, but you can get by with that; no problems.

But assuming your game is saved, log out of it and close the programme for a minute or so (even turn off your device & restart it); then open it and log back in, also try clearing the cache (not data) to see if it will help...

That's weird, but it should eventually resolve itself; give it until tomorrow, when the game is updated (with new levels)...

I’ve been playing Crush for years as well under a different user name. I started playing again this week, and there’s definitely a bug in the game right now. I kept winning the races, though I hadn’t gone thru all the levels. I finally figured out what it’s doing. I’ll be on, say level 771, and then suddenly I’m 15 levels up. I looked back, and I’ve only played about 5 levels in each section. This is a major problem. I almost done mind, because I’m getting tons of gold bars, but I prefer to win races based on my skill, not a bug.

Here are some photo of my map an my levels this week 5000. Im all ready in the 6000 if i cleared that much level i would be in the 11,000 i dont king have that many levels but who knows.

@AmyBarrett89 Hi Again From the photos there is no definitive proof that it is a corrupt game, but my guessing it is that it is more than likely, normally you would see gaps in the levels completed or levels with no stars.

The only fix for a corrupt game is uninstalling and then reinstalling, but as this is a mobile device you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES, so would try the next episode and see if this behaves correctly and if not i would probably do this
