How do I connect to Facebook and how do I obtain friends to receive messages and help
Occasionally this happens to me on my mobile device. Your Facebook connection is not ok. Log out of the Facenbook app and then reconnect to Facebook.
@Karen_H._Webb Hi and welcome, Try checking your device and game are up to date, clear the cache from you app store or browser. log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue. Sounds like might be a connection error., are all your levels and gold bars correct ?
