I believe these notifications on Facebook are very annoying but you can easily turn off these notifications. By following the steps below, you can get rid of notifications regarding live requests.
This option is for notification only, so there will be no problem with Lives Exchange.
Open Facebook Setting - Notifications - Other Notifications - Turn Off.
If this option is turned off, you will not receive notifications about game requests, but notifications will be stored in the game's mailbox without any sound.
If you don't want any requests from that player on Game's mailbox, you need to unfriend the player from your Facebook friends list.
