The event you got is the Winter Harmony event. This event comes and goes depending on activities so we can't say for sure that this event will always be active on your game map.
Make sure you keep an eye on the event timer too, since this is only available for a limited period any time it appears.

I agree with Mr Sukanta. I've had the same experience before but it was for Halloween event.
Just continue playing and it will reappear in the map. If it doesn't show up, don't be despair too. Keep going and stay tune for other events or challenges.
