Lost Lives and Boosters....

With the game not loading for a few days I lost all my saved lives and booster once it started loaded again. Progress was saved, I am still on level 3894, but all else if gone. I had hundreds of each booster and quite honestly have no urge to build them back up.Can I please have them back so I can continue to enjoy this game or should I just move on at this point?

@Chiefs1222 Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself. So if your game or devices crashes or you uninstall or even change device . The boosters are lost / not transferable
Unless you had any unused purchased boosters and customer support should help you with these
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Lives can occasionally be lost with an update of the game, when the game crashes, after clearing the cache on the browser you play on or clearing the cache in the mobile app. The mailbox can also be reset after various technical issues either in the browser you play on or on Facebook. On mobile technical issues either in the game itself or on the mobile device you are playing on can cause that the Lives are being reset. Reinstalling the app on mobile devices or resetting the app on a Windows 10 PC will also reset the mailbox and all Lives will be lost. Bear in mind also that if you have a huge amount of Lives stored for some time and do not use them, the game can clear the mailbox to free some memory to improve the game's functionality. Therefore we recommend to not collect hundreds of Lives or saving them for a longer time.

Same thing just happened to me. Lost everything but the level I was on. Game would not open on iPad. From the responses from King their attitude is really disappointing that they really don’t care about loosing all the boosts.
