@gwyatterp Hi , They would not do this but there is a long standing connection issue that they have been trying to fix for a while. The only other option is to uninstall and reinstall but in doing this on a mobile device you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES or be patient and hope a fix for the issue comes soon

@gwyatterp Hi Again, To get a screenshot from a windows 10 laptop Press windows key + shift + S at the same time and you will get snip and sketch to be able to get a screenshot. or you go to programs and snip and sketch

I am very sorry that you are having this problem. Sometimes these are just temporary bugs and are quickly fixed. Sometimes it is solved by turning off the device's Internet connections and turning them back on after a few minutes. Not turning off the router, but the connection on the device.
