I'm using Huawei P40, game never connects to app store to purchase lives even with gold bars. I cannot purchase lives or extra moves weather with gold bars or credit card.

Hi Lebo, I finally manged to get it right, go to huawei app gallery install play store and gbox then you will download the new candy crush from there. Done!
Lebo lenna kena le same problem as yours, then it means we can't connect to the internet as long we still use p40, ke mathata stru🤞

Paid apps currently only support payment through Huawei In-App Purchases. Payment can be made using Bank cards, Mobile payment, or HUAWEI Points. Touch to purchase an app and you will then be taken to the Huawei In-App Purchases payment page. If the Huawei Mobile Services app is not installed, an installation prompt will appear. The process is the same for non-HUAWEI phones.
Go to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases > Settings > Mobile payment. Add a phone number to make purchases on phone bills in Huawei apps.

@Lebo Hi Again, I think for your issue uninstalling would be your only option to try to fix the issue with contacting the store, but if you do this you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES

Google service cannot be downloaded on this phone it is no longer compatible with anything Google related. All new Android phones since June 2020 don't have Google compatibility. Ask Trump why
In that case, please go you may want to check via Google search on how to download Google Play in Huawei phone. After the app has been download, please ensure the details of your payment are key in properly to enable you to make purchases in game app.

I don't have the app store on my phone due to no Google services inabled on the Huawei p40
@Lebo Hi and welcome, As well as the information above from @kiara_wael . Also try while in the game try disconnecting your internet for 30 seconds and then reconnecting and also try switching from wifi to mobile data to see if this helps with your situation
