The Daily Bonus is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

Maybe will be a good idea to summarize in one place which events are in test groups witch one is for all and how players know if they are in the test group. Today we need to guess if we will have an event. In my Laptop I don't get the Dexter and others event till I pass a level(can be old level). My wife account doesn't had the Twilight Games on the PC she play with Win 10 but on my Laptop her account had this event. If I don't try it we cannot know.

The Treat Calendar haven't yet reached all players and their games since it's still running as a test feature. The calendar may still have some issues or not working perfectly for all players. It may also disappear from the game some periods or on some devices. It will come back soon after a while. Meanwhile, try to Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in to see if it works, however it is not available for everyone.
