So I deleted my Facebook account around 29th January and after 30 days its permanently gone. I have been dealing with a few life problems hence coming off Facebook, my first thought was not to try transfer candy crush, but I now want to play and I can't log in on any device I was over level 1700. I refuse to start at level 1 again thats ridiculous the levels are like learning your 1 times tables. I have had this candy crush account for years is there any support regarding this issue because I've emailed King a few times now and all the responses I get are how to log into your Facebook account (automated response) I then replied saying I can not do that due to being after 30 days it gets permanently deleted, and they replied with the same email which is not helpful at all would be nice if they could actually support people in situations rather than not even bothering to read it properly and just send a automated response...

@mattyb4694 Hi and welcome, Sorry to here you having so many issues getting the game restored. i can message the CM here and he may be able to manually restore your account, but he would not be able to do this until he was back in work Monday. If you put your new account game ID on here and level you were on i will forward the details

Cant be sure on the level but is was between 1700-2000 i knew i was close to my mum but not quite and she's on 2600. So will i receive an email of what's going on or will I just log on at some point to my levels restored?
