I am now not able to send and request lives from my friends on Facebook who play.
I recently got a new phone and switching my stuff over to the new phone I am now not able to send and request lives from my friends on Facebook who play. I have tried re installing the app, logging out and back in. My game is connected to Facebook, my progress is saved but I cannot even see any of my friends who play the game. Any help would greatly appreciated!

@kelly755. This happened to me a long ago. If you were close together I’m progress when you finish a level the option at the bottom shows the first thru 5th placed. You can give them all lives there. Also when you are out of lives and request you can search. To request from them. You may have tried this. I don’t play through FB. Every time I have attempted there’s a connection error. So I play through king. That may make a difference. Hope it helped. I know it’s frustrating

I believe that the issue of friends lists being missing is a known issue to King and gas been caused by a recent test/update. I could be wrong, but I think the only solution is for you to wait and see if the issue is fixed. Maybe some of the experts like @kiara_wael or @Pounawea could advise.@poumerouly

Hello @Kelly755 sorry the link did not help you with your issue. As far as I can gather the issue with Facebook and missing friends has been caused by King and a game update. It would appear your only solution is to wait and see if King fix the issue. Please see the link below from @Crazy Cat Lad
