What level are you stuck ?, maybe I can help you , or you can see video from Youtube.
User game profile is crucial, as it saves your game progress, and an item if you have purchased any. It also contains your buying history, as well as your friends, list if you have a signup for a King account.
Removing the user data is irreversible, so think before making the decision to delete your account and profile. This means you will permanently lose your game progress, account, and items. If you wish to play in near future, you will have to start from the 1st level.
If still want to delete and remove your profile from Candy Crush you have to write to them using the ‘Contact Us’ form the contact us page link is given at the bottom of this post. Select the topic ‘Privacy’ and ‘permanently delete my account’.
Then you will have to provide some more detailed information to verify the user. King or Candy Crush team will email you with the necessary details and stay in touch with you until the process is completed.

@Trishawna_Moliseu2 Hi and welcome, the best thing to do is just delete the app but keep your acount as if you decide in the future you want to play again you will still have you account details and progress. Other than this you can contact customer support and they will clear your game and account but you would not be able to get them back

I'm at level 3160 but I just feel demotivated to play after I had to uninstall the app and then find all my boosters, gold bars, and lives sent to me gone. I don't want to play it anymore so I want to permanently delete it. I already sent the relevant info so that the account can be permanently deleted.

I'm sorry that the loss of your boosters has caused your demotivation.
As Freddy said, simply by removing the application you could resume your game whenever you want, If you ever regret it you could continue with your progress. That will not be possible when deleting the account.
It's a shame you didn't ask for help here before uninstalling your game, we would have fixed any problems and you wouldn't have lost anything in your game. I leave you some Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3160 Candy Crush Saga without boosters
Level 3160 is a jelly level with a dispenser at the top which gives lots of stripes and wraps to help you clear it.
The chocolate is fairly easy to clear using combos that you can make on the right side of the board.
To start with make matches next to the chocolate to get candies into the left side of the board, then you can start to look for combos to clear the jelly. Once you have candies in the left side of the board try to work there until you have cleared most of the chocolate, but remember to look at the whole board before every move as the right side also has to be cleared.
This level has been made much easier recently.
Remember to look for the stripes and wraps down the middle from the dispenser.

That's okay. Candy crush was the oy game I had downloaded on my phone and laptop and I like playing it when I was bored or during my down time at college and it helped me pass the time. Now I'll go back to what I usually did. Read books. 😅. It was fun while it lasted
