@grifonelontano Hi Again, Try checking you device and browser are up to date and then clear the cache from your browser. log out and restart your device and see if this solves your issue.
If not try disconnecting your wifi for 30 seconds while in the game and then reconnect

This is a problem with the Candy Connection feature, and work is underway to resolve the issue. Many and even I face such problems so don’t be discouraged😊
