This has been going on since Thursday, It started with weird glitches, being unable to "play on" and then it completely disconnected. I am unable to get logged back on to access my profile, etc. Nothing has changed on my PC, I have the most recent version (in fact this began after I downloaded it), and yes, I have rebooted. No, I am not going to delete it and reinstall, because I do not want to lose my progress.
@steinein Hi again, If your game is saved with a king or facebook account you should not lose your progress, but if you are not willing to uninstall think you only option is to speak to customer support and see if they can give you any ideas on what to do. My win 10 game is fine so not sure what this could be

@kiara_wael If you read my post you'd know that I already did the troubleshooting. so your auto response was no assistance.
@Tzvi_Marcu Not the case. Been in this situation before.
@Freddy_ As noted in my original post I log directly in. No Facebook or whatever. And you know as well as I do that there is NO customer support from King. We had this discussion Thursday when it started. There's only autoresponses.
@FlaringCrystal120 Nope. As noted in the title I am on Win10/app. The web site is of no help to me.
@steinein Yes i know you get the auto response but community say cannot deal with gold bar or purchase issues. So you have to go through support. I would love to be able to give you better information but all i can say is keep trying customer support and hound them if you have too. Surely you must be able to get a response after replying to the automated one eventually
I have only seen one other post in last couple of days regarding issue with win10 app so it looks like this is not a wide issue at least for the moment
@kiara_wael I still cannot log in. And I am not going to lose all of my boosters, etc. by reinstalling because I have a limited amount as it is and the game already stole a lot of my progress (gold) when it glitched last week. So the last item on your copy/paste says to come here for help. So... help me!
I did some checking around and found this old thread:
It says DON'T reinstall as that doesn't work. It also says that this is a known issue and being investigated.
I tried the suggestion from hechicerilla and that did not work. But I did find that if I tried to log in with my internet off it says I was not connected and I need to be. And then once I connect I get the "try again in a bit" error again. I know my password is good I can log on via mobile.
Keep in mind, I was in the middle of playing the game when it happened. First it glitched (took my gold and didn't let me play on) and then the next time I logged in I was logged out of my profile and since then I can't get back in.
