Game not syncing with all devices :(

If I purchase a package on my desktop through FB then when I get home and try and play on my tablet (which is supposed to be synced through my FB page) I don't have the same boosters, extended lives or extended boosters. It's very frustrating! I do purchase different packages weekly and not being able to have access to them on all my devices is very discouraging. Please help.

    Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

    @retrobnd Hi and welcome,

    When you purchase a package it is only for the device that you purchased it for. You can not switch packages between devices. Also only you levels and gold bars are synced between different devices. So any mobile device will never have the same amount of boosters that you have on say the PC games
