Candy Crush Saga will not connect to app as of approx the 13May, contacting app just idles. Also wont let me login to my account. see screenshots below. Using Windows pc, internet connection is working fine. Please let me know how I can fix this.I believe this is specific to Candy Crush Saga because I don't have this issue with Candy Crush Friends. Thanks

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

I have already Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.problem remains the same. Also correction to date when this issue started. it was on April 14 2021, the sameday I can see there was an automatic update per Windows store apps

The connection error, please try again in a bit at present does not have a fix.
All you can do at present is try while in the game disconnecting your wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnect to see if this helps, or uninstall and reinstall the game but if this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES
