Lost all of my Boosters

Recently after resetting my Facebook password I lost the capability to sync with Candy Crush Saga. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the game which allowed me to sync with Facebook again.  However I lost all of my Boosters. Is there anyway to get these back?

    Hi Lilly Nana,

    I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on Mobile/Tablet.

    I have  same problem. i lost all my boosters.

    At the urging of a message on the game, I signed in, to keep from losing my progress. After doing so, I lost all my boosters, which were substantial after purchases and special game winnings. I’m furious. I’ve spent a lot of money to play and I’ve earned my boosters. Why should I sign in and lose all my boosters? Absolute bullsh-t!

    Welcome to the friendly King Community.

    The boosters that you collected or purchased are stored locally in the device memory and the boosters will be completely lost due to app error, app crash or uninstall the app.

    Since the boosters do not sync with the game server, if they are lost somehow, they cannot be recovered.

    However, if you purchased the boosters but lost the boosters for such reason, you should contact our Player Support through app help center.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
