Yes there are a few people reporting this issue but most say it eventually drops. As its the weekend there is not much that can be done at present.
Unfortunately free boosters would not be replaced but if it was found the level was faulty and you had used purchased boosters you would then be able to contact customer support

There is a cherry missing at the level 9170 and this is an error. Since this is a level error we will report about the level to our team and we hope this issue will be resolved next Monday. You have to wait until the level is resolved, moreover we will let you know here once the level is resolved.
On the other hand, the boosters used or the boosters gained from the game are not refundable.

Hello! Something is wrong with level 9170. I am required to get 5 cherries (even though all the videos show 4). Anyway, i've played over 100 times, probably closer to 200. The most recently game I had 11 moves left, with all 4 cherries already collected. I had 5 color bombs, with both stripes and wrappers, blasting everything imaginable in the tiers it is supposed to fall from, yet, no 5th cherry. Believe there is a defect. Can someone please help! I"ve used so many coconut wheels (probably almost 50), and color bombs, to no avail. HELP!

Level 9170 is impossible because for the last cherry 🍒 is not come out. For 3 🍒 are inside of cherry cannon spawned for per 1 🍒 for every 7 moves. 3 🍒 x 7 moves = 21 moves. There are only 20 moves. Please report this level 9170. Not enough moves for last cherry come out. Thanks you.
