Magic season

I have passed more than 5 levels today and the magic season event isn't doing anything at all.

Any ideas?

    I am not 100% certain maryjane, but from your screenshot I would guess that your Magic Season isn't active. I say this because in your screenshot there isn't a 'play' icon displayed.

    Compare your screenshot to the one below and you will see what I mean.

    Have you tried the usual of signing out of your game and rebooting your device before signing back in?

    and If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here

    The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

    Hello @maryjane117 Not all of the rewards from the Magic Season are awarded for just completing five levels.

    Does your Event screen look like mine in the screenshot below? If it does then in this instance you will need to complete seven levels and not five. As you can see in my example it says I have played five of the seven required.


    @kiara_wael The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

    Can you please explain what screen shots you are referring to as I cannot see any in maryjane's comment.

    It's not advancing at all, I can't do anything with it at the moment

    It also looks grayed out and I'm not looking for the rewards, I just want it to work

    Hmmmm also, I don't have the piggy bank or the cinema boxes....that's odd

    Ty, it just started working this morning so I'm not sure what happened but I'm glad it's fixed. Thanks for your help!
