Hi there,
My King account has been blocked for weeks.
I've tried at least 4 times to contact the help center but I only got automatic replies.
The error is that the network doesn't work to log in. I've tried to change it many times and nothing.
Can you help me? Thank you
Hello @angryjuan I believe that once you have received the automatic reply back from the Help Center you have to reply to that automatic email.
I could be wrong though, so if you want a more authoritative answer I would suggest you would be better off asking your question in the Support Area of this community.

You have asked this question previously and have explained the error you have the only fix for this at present is to uninstall and reinstall the game. Unfortunately though if a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVEsS. you are welcome to to try customer support be fear you will get the same response for this error.
