@cate38 Hi Again, i play on iphone as one of my devices and did this this morning with no issues, check your app store to make sure game is up to date. and then log out and restart your device and log back in. Issue would be there for all iphone users so you should be able to get the fixed level.
Other than this Monday would be the earliest the game studio can look at this. the game studio level designer @LindQ did say Friday that fixes were implemented, but did want to know of any issues

There are some issues with this level and the issue has already been reported. I checked the level and the problem is still there, I'm monitoring the level and I'll let you know as soon as the level is resolved.
Perhaps that was your problem?

This is definitely a strange one as played this level on both an up to date iphone and windows 10 game today and passed the level first time on both devices with no issues. Screenshots provided on other post .
Unfortunately as its the weekend there will nothing that can be regards this till Monday when the game studio are back in work

Can you let us know what device you play on so can tag the level designer @LindQ to your post as this is strange indeed. i have passed the levels no issues on both iphone and windows 10 app but a few reports say they have the issue.
so may be helpful for game studio to know the device you use so they can look in to it
