After being at level 4000+, it’s dropped me down to level 1 again ... HELP!!!

I’ve tried logging out and logging back in numerous times, I’ve tried restarting my phone numerous times, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app... nothing helps. I sent King a message four days ago and still have not received any contact or help from them. Help!!!!
