Helloo
I lost all my boosters and lives when i used my new device though,I’m using the same email with the same password for sure
Plz help me ,I played alot to collect all these boosters now it’s so sad to loose them just because I use a new device 😔

Hi and Welcome to our Community
Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

I didn’t uninstall the game ,it was dowloaded directly to the new device ,when I logged in with my mail and password of the old device ,I didn’t find my boosters or lives ., plz help me what can I do now ?

Boosters are saved directly to the memory of the device that you are playing on. Therefore if you play on different devices the boosters do not follow you around.
If you bought any of your boosters then you can try contacting King directly asking if they will reinstate them for you. It is highly unlikely that they will reinstate any boosters that you have won.

so should I keep on using one device for all my life to keep my boosters ,I want a solution I didn’t buy these boosters ,I played a lot to collect them ,what can I do now ??? Plz help 😔

Nobody said that you should use the same device for all of your life. I just explained why you lose your boosters when you change device.
The solution is to start playing on your new device and forget about the boosters on your old device.
King's advice is to never store a large amount of boosters on your device as they can easily be lost.
You can try contacting King directly and if you explain your predicament they might restore all, or some of your boosters as a good will gesture.
