Hi
I have lost 3 lives because of this issue . The candies keep dropping and never stops . I have taken video to share with you . Please help
This happened in 6045 . I am unable to post video . The candies just doesn't stop because of which I had to quit the level

Make sure Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

its not an app or phone problem. The level 6045 is buggy.
when you hit a certain combination the candies keep dropping through infinitely.
I have a screen recording uploaded to YouTube but I can’t post links.
Please check that level. Very annoying. I have to quit the app and start again cause you can’t do anything as the candies just keep falling through

As some of the issues and problems are not always through the app or can be corrected by restarting your game.....This issue needs you to report it to the (Player Support) you can find them to the right of this screen under ( Categories) scroll down until you see (Support) then click on ( Support) when the screen comes up follow the instructions and enter your email address and explain your issues or problems then hit send and someone from Support will contact you through your email address and help you resolve your concerns....Hope this helps you out my Community friend 😉💯

My friend I understand your issues however I can not offer you advice on it as I could only give you suggestions....Player Support can solve any problems with in your game or issues on a level ...how it is operating, the features, any other possible issues that could keep it from operating normal as to keep you from having issues with it or a feature, level or any other issues as this is a King Games issue as we here in the Community can only help you with Community support and issues...
I do hope you understand this as I do wish I could further help you out......even though I can only direct you to Player Support....Hope this helps you out my friend 💯
