Lucky Beans rewards not showing up on levels that permit those boosters

It's happened twice and the first time I wasn't paying enough attention to clock it. Today I won color bomb and jelly fish, each for 30 minutes playing Lucky Beans. Several levels I was playing permitted jelly fish as a booster, but not jelly fish showed up. However, the candy bomb did show up for 30 minutes. I tried quitting the game and still no lucky beans rewards. How to fix? TY.

This happens to me on a regular basis.
Sure we can go through the hassle of contacting player support, but there have been complaints about this for a long time.
I think the point is that there is an issue with this feature & nothing is being done to fix it.

Only thing i can suggest you try is the standard troubleshooting tips.
Check device and game are up to date, log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

I have been having the same issue many times also with rewards being won and not recieved. It's really frustrating and unfair. I have updated the app. Log in and out and still nothing. Dont include these sorts of added games if prizes are not honoured.

Yes this happens to me a lot too, usually I win too boosters and only one show up. Very frustrating, especially when you are stuck on a tough level and really need the help!
It used to happen occasionally but seems to have gotten a lot worse recently.
