I feel you @Nenikapaki! I was stuck on this awful level only a week ago! ๐ค๐คฆโโ๏ธ I eventually gave up and spent gold to buy lollipops and hands in order to pass it. Here's a video that might help you with the strategy:

Hello@arwen777 . Thanks for the help. I've tried searching on the net too for possible moves but no luck. Yes, you're right, we need more ๐ญ lollipop hammers, meaning, i need to buy๐ญ๐ฌ. It's been a week or so but i am still stuck.

If you don't have enough gold to buy boosters @Nenikapaki, I'd suggest to stop playing the level for a few days. Concentrate on completing the quests of the chocolate box daily that give a hammer every day (level 1000 is perfect for the quests ๐) and try your luck with the wheel. When you have 4 or 5 hammers, try 3391 again. Good luck!
