That is extremely strange! At first glance I have no idea how it ended up there, to be honest. I will look into it.
When it comes to restoring the win streak I'm not sure if that's something we can do, unfortunately. Your best bet would be contacting player support, but I'm not sure what they can do either unfortunately ๐ฅ
@Scooterpie, I learnt a valuable lesson. Don't mess with the Christmas guy and his buddy or maybe the Unicorn had something to do with it.
This week my ER was 1/3.
I will not feel bad if they give the other two to @Spieler_8675309.

I completed this weeks episodes and really enjoyed it up until Level 9671, when I lost my Win Streak in a FREAKISH manner. At least my Diamond Trophy Streak is intact.
All I wanted to do then, was get through the episode as quick as possible.
I do not even feel like commenting on this weeks release.

BTW, I was not chancing my luck with level 9665. I read that it was fixed but still started the level with a Lucky Candy.
I'd love to hear more about the levels that you felt had lower quality, that's why we have these threads after all - to make sure your voices are heard.
The levels have all been tested, but sometimes edge cases like this (that doesnt happen to everyone, but maybe in 1/100 cases) are hard to find. 9665 was also a bit broken, but that is not due to the level itself but rather something in the code that isn't working on the version that is currently live (since it works for us in other versions etc).
This is why we're super glad we have you guys, it helps us identify issues really quickly! This issue would probably have gone undetected until enough players signaled player support if not brought up here and 9665 would probably not have been discovered until this morning when going over data from the release.
Sidenote; This isn't me making excuses, by the way. We are always looking into ways to reduce issues like these because we want to improve the game, of course. But I thought that an explanation as to why things like this occur might be nice ๐
The first episodes were pleasant and without glitishes. With two levels, however, it was close to ending the level with the intended moves. In addition, the event "Fun joyride" appeared with me".
@LindQ are the designers also responsible for the counting of the points and the system suggestions?ย
I'm sometimes surprised that I get sugar stars even though there aren't many points and sometimes it's quite a lot of points and it's just enough for one star. I wonder if the scores are "rolled". ๐ฒ
The tips and hints are very often misleading. The message: "don't destroy the magic mixer too soon, he makes the orders" hasn't been right in several levels. The Magic Mixer was surrounded by indestructible locks. No combination could have destroyed him.ย ๐คท
The proposals for the next move are also completely off the mark. Sometimes I think the system may look worse than I do.ย ๐
My team will certainly think I'm stuck somewhere because I'm making so few points for my F5 team. While I used to play mobile and had to use countless boosters (because the levels were "optimized"). I now only need a UFO and a lollipop from time to time. I didn't have to use exchange hands at all.
I guess for a good number of weeks now there's been no issues at all, it was just so odd to see something like 9665 turn up which failed without the player making a move! It seemed so fundamental that it couldn't have been something missed before release, but it sounds like it was simply a pre testing version that was released
