Culture, architecture, history and fine dining in a city.
I love travelling all over the world and when I go to a new place, I love to explore its culture and history and get to know the place and the people better. Sometimes that means taking a boat and going whale watching or taking a small boat to journey inside a Fjord to see the flora and fauna up close. Or visiting a museum or wandering around a world heritage site like Machu Picchu. ππ¨π

@Crazy Cat Lad thank you for this poll. I voted for the beach. We go to the outer banks in North Carolina. But I also love history. We visit the many lighthouses on the island and there are several museums and an aquarium. I love the original outer banks cottages built in the 1800's. A visit to the outer banks is a step back in time. If you are looking to spend a vacation with just the beach and relaxation then the OBX is the place to go. Miles and miles of natural beaches and no board walks.

Sun, sea and relax on the beach.
My favorite vacation involves fishing. Salt, freshwater, brackish. In the evening, we like the party side of things. In autumn I do prefer the nature and trail vacation.
