My Username has not restored my levels

My Game I’d is 1801559265 and was told you’d retrieve my initial progress which was over 3000 levels or around. This hasn’t been done yet. Also, I started playing again(because my progress wasn’t retrieved) and had so many extra candies to use in play. Around 35 each.

can I please have this restored? It’s getting frustrating because I do love the game.

please help

You will need to contact customer support to get your levels restored, but you can only get your levels restored. No gold bars or boosters can be replaced

Since the boosters do not sync with the game server, if they are lost somehow, they cannot be recovered. However, if you purchased the boosters but lost the boosters for such reason, you should contact our Player Support through app help center.

It was Around 3000. Could you set me at around 2800ish?
