when I reach maximum sugar stars, a “speech bubble” appears, but it is blocking part of the game board and won’t go away.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
