Sugar Stars Banner Glitch

Lately when the "Sugar Stars" banner comes up on screen, it doesn't go away = remains there covering things for the whole game.

This is Candy Crush through Facebook on Windows 10 PC

Sugar Star that you see as a sign, after passing three stars you can produce a Sugar Star score

Have checked my facebook game on the level you have shown above and i am not getting this issue and if i remember correctly the banner only comes up when the level has been completed..

Try the standard troubleshooting and see if this resolves your issue

Check device and game are up to date, clear your browser cache totally, log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves the issue

The banner comes up when you hit a predetermined score for that level = which is often (not always) near the end of the game. The issue is not level specific - doen't matter what level I play - when the banner come up it doesn't go away. I tried playing on my work PC and had the exact same issue.

I have tried various levels and not got this error at all, so your best bet if clearing your browser cache has not helped is to contact customer support so they can look in to the issue

Just FYI. Clearing all cookies and logging out and back in did not change the glitch. It's a minor nuisance as it covers some of the play field and boosters. I can live with it until they decide to fix it.

@PlatonicSolid I have this happen occasionally in a different game, I assume it's just a graphics glitch.

Until it's fixed, to make it go away, click the gear wheel (bottom left) Click quit, but then cancel and go back to playing. The pop up should be gone.

This works in Pet Rescue Saga, so I hope it also does in Candy Crush!
