Is there any way the Sugar Stars Pop up Balloon can be moved so that it doesn't obstruct the board and the booster collection? It pops up, and not only can I not see the boosters I have available, but as often as not it is in front of some of the tiles on the board. Does anyone else find this annoying?

Yes it is very annoying! Sometimes my last tile is under it and I only have 1-2 moves left! How do we get it gone?!!
