Was hoping to finally be able to help someone else for the second time AND get points hopefully as I didn't when I was first to help someone the other day but the message was unsupported. Just my luck today.

@gemazing Hi and welcome,
Do not give up , just remember if in international language use a translator to find out the language and if French Spanish or German just direct them to the international corner. Any other language just explain we only use English and ask them to repost the question in English using a translator.

Hi @gemazing also don't forget that you don't have to be the first person to answer a question. You get two points for answering a question. For the most points though you have to be the person whose answer gets accepted. An accepted answer gets you ten points.

I could be wrong @gemazing, but that is the way that I read it.
How can you collect points?
Points can be obtained in 2 ways:
- by answering players' questions:
- Every time you answer another player, you get 2 points. (Only your first answer to a question will award points)
- Every time a player selects your answer as the accepted answer you get 10 points!
