Raised a ticket as I have an issue and also have video evidence of my problem how do I get this to you?

    Only just found this answe, sorry. That issue was solved but I have a new one ticket number 1267410680

    I have a ticket open, 10816275, that they replied with a fix. Then they sent and asked if that fixed my problem. It didn't. It states reply above this line but for some reason I can't type above that line. I haven't played for over a week. I get the first screen, and click, play, and nothing happens.
