@640 Hi Again,
So far on iphone had the UFO's open each time on 5 keys. unless i have missed one and it was 6 but i think definitely 5, but UFO's opened up no issues and level easy to complete
Try checking your device and game are up to date, log out and clear the cache from your app store. then restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue
