You may find you have the long standing connection issue and if this is the case i fear uninstalling maybe your only resolve, but if this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES
I would try customer support to see if they can help with your issue, but the outcome maybe the same

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
