Wrong Name in game

I play the game under the name Chrissy. The game keeps addressing me as “Marcio” -

it is at the top of Fantastic Five in a little cloud although the correct name below (Chrissy) is registering the points. In other instances it occasionally addresses me as Marcio as well.

I don’t suppose this is hurting anything. I am at Level 8377.

To be very clear that isn’t my real name. Is there anyway to remove this incorrect name. I logged out and back in again. No change.

I did as you asked and logged into my King.com/games account. My correct playing nickname was already there but I took it out and re- entered it and saved it again. . I do not have a Facebook account. The incorrect name still shows in the Fantastic Five cloud and occasionally shows up elsewhere. Like “Congratulations Marcio”! Again - I play as Chrissy

The Fantastic Five has not worked correctly in my game for two or three cycles. It’s not terribly important to me but I’m not crazy about someone else’s name being in and on my account - although it’s not on my profile anywhere - just appears on the game board

I’m playing on an ipad and iPhone so I cleared the history and website data in my device settings but that didn’t correct the problem either.

again - not terribly important Perhaps it will correct itself.

@exiugirl Hi and welcome, if you have a King account or a facebook account linked to a king account. go to king.com/games and log in and then you will see the settings option and you will have the option to change you nickname in there.
