Yes certainly is and good you took a short video of this, but my guess is it is probably a temporary issue and probably will not happen again. Funny to see though

Welcome back t the King Community.
According to your screenshot, the problem is graphics related only. The vibrating ising is a yellow candy but due to graphics error we see it as ising😜Also icing on the game board never makes such a move or don't tremble like that.

But in the order list on the left, 2 icing sugars are collected here. Probably because the yellow candies and icing are in a grid
