Thank you for your advices @fabke and @Crazy Cat Lad, but I'm afraid there was a misunderstanding! I received my prize from the event without a problem! I was just sad that I performed poorly at the levels I played afterwards, despite the help I had from the prize! That's all!

You may have missed this section from Cat Lad's original post (or maybe misunderstood it), @Alienscar:
"If you manage to finish top 3 in any of the first three weeks, you will then also qualify for the final and fourth week.
The final and fourth week is ONLY available if you managed to get to top 3 in one of the first three weeks."
It means you're not required to finish top 3 in all of the first three rounds, only at least one. So you still have a shot (assuming you also didn't make top 3 in week 1). Just make it in this week's bike race. 😁
