I uninstalled and reinstalled also cleared cache, do you have any solutions.

I.have not been able to play for over a month. It errors out and says the following. "Connection Error" "An unknown error occurred connecting to Amazon Appstore" My kindle serial no. is

I reported the same problem yesterday. They pointed me to this thread. No solution yet. No ETA. Is the gamer team really looking into it? This isn't the first time this has happened. Why is it taking so long? 😒

@mlhaynes02 I wouldn't think so. No one from King comes here (other than LindQ). As I am sure you are aware this forum is only made up of people that play Candy Crush, so all responses are just someone's opinion.
The best you can hope for is that the Community Managers are watching this thread and passing the information to the Game Team.
