I have suddenly lost all my boosters ! Pl help

I am currently on level 3585 and as i opened the game i noticed that i have lost all my boosters which i had collected and were quite in number. Neither my game hanged or crashed at any point and nor i have changed my device and still logged in the game from the same profile, but still all of my boosters are gone except for my gold. Pl help

In the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself. So if your device or game crashes you uninstall or even change device. Your booster are lost or not transferable. Only if you had any unused purchased boosters would customer support help you with these
