Hello @mandrak sorry about my lack of response, but the notifications of this site need some looking at as I miss more than I receive it seems to me.
Hopefully you have already learnt that the Chocolate Box is having issues after being updated to include the Deluxe Chocolate Box. Now my theory was that people that lost their Choc Box's did so because of the update, so have you had your Box back yet?
This is a more complicated issue. My Candy Necklace has never disappeared, but from reading the level feedback threads it is clear that their is some kind of issue with the Candy Necklace.
My guess is that if you haven't had the Candy Necklace back by now it means that you will probably not get it back. Why you have lost it in the first place though I couldn't say.
It isn't a popular answer, but it is clear that King do remove features from people's games. I don't think it is for test reasons though as is the common answer, as 'tests' shouldn't go on for as long as King conduct their 'tests'. What the real reason is I couldn't say though.

@Alienscar today the chocolate box also disappeared and I am more tired of asking questions when the answer does not come. otherwise more people called for the disappearance of the necklace and switched the discussion to the answer.although of course no one received an adequate response.sad...

It doesn't help you with your problem, but my Candy Necklace is still working at the moment.
