Problem with levels after closing the app

Level 3

Whenever I close the game app, I get moved to the beginning of the next episode and declared the winner of the fast race. I’m happy for the gold, but it’s not fair to the other players since I haven’t really played those levels.

Also, have the win streak boosters been removed again?

    Great you get a gold Bars, just make sure updated your Apps. and Win Streak is still available

    That is an interesting glitch @AmyBarrett89 and it might explain the posts from people that have raised the issue of their races being over before before they have played one level.

    I don’t mind the gold, lol, but I’d rather win those races by actually completing the levels, otherwise it’s not too fair for the others in the race.

    It definitely sounds like it’s the same issue. I’ve had this happen before, several months ago. Support told me the game was corrupted and to start over. I’d rather not do that again.

    @AmyBarrett89 I can't help thinking that there must be more to it than just a corrupt game. For me the fact that it has happened to you previously must mean that there is a cause that just needs to be identified.

    Also the fact that you can find a few posts from people complaining about how they can't win a race because some players get to the end as soon as the race starts means the 'corruption' must be a fairly common occurrence.

    It is nice of you to worry about the other players, but if the experts aren't willing, or able to resolve the issue without you having to restart the game every time then I think you should just carry on.

    Also, have the win streak boosters been removed again?

    Not sure what to say about this. If you look around this forum you will find that lately there has been a surge in posts from people complaining that their Win Streak and Chocolate Boxes have disappeared.

    The last time so many people complained it turned out that the cause was a technical issue with the Chocolate Box. I believe that because the Win Streak has disappeared for so many people this means that it can't be the result of the commonly expounded 'test' feature.

    Additionally the fact that people have said that the Box and Win Streak are appearing and disappearing would point to either a technical issue, or a deliberate action by King.

    It could be that you and everyone else effected by this are part of an undisclosed data collection exercise.

    @Alienscar Totally agree with your comment. I was an IT QA analyst testing software and databases for about 10 years. These are most definitely bugs that are going unaddressed. The Win Streak booster and Chocolate Box both reappeared after I played a few levels last night. I have no idea what’s causing these bugs.

    It’s unprofessional of King not to investigate and repair these issues. Programs don’t just break. Some update in the code introduced these defects.
